Please follow the steps below to log into the iMPlayer app iMPlayer Installation & Setup   Option 1 – Apple App Store / Google Play Store (Recommended) On your iOS, Android, or compatible device, go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Apps menu on Google TV devices - i.e. ONN 4K, Nvidia Shield, Smart TV's etc). Search for iMPlayer. Download and install the app. Open the app, click Allow when prompted for storage permissions (this enables recording and reminders - Android / Google TV devices only). Go to Management Code and enter your Management Code found in your Secrets. The app will restart automatically (or you may need to reopen it manually). Once loaded, your Portal 1, Portal 2, & Portal 3 playlists will update. Please allow them up to 5 minutes to fully refresh before accessing content. Option 2 – Fire Stick / Fire Cube (3rd Generation or Newer) Download the Downloader app from the Fire Stick search menu. Open Downloader, select Allow when prompted. Enable Developer Options: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About. Press the Select/OK button on About 7 times to reveal Developer Options. Turn ADB Debugging ON. Turn Install Unknown Apps ON for Downloader. In Downloader, type 6586149 into the search/URL field and click Go. Install IM Player, then select Open. Grant storage permissions when asked. Go to Management Code and enter your Management Code found in your Secrets. The app will restart. Reopen if necessary. Let the Portal 1, Portal 2, & Portal 3 playlists will update. Please allow them up to 5 minutes to fully refresh before accessing content.

After you have subscribed to a Customer Portal TV plan, your login details will be sent in a separate email titled "Customer Portal TV Login Details". Check your email (including your spam & promotions folders) for your login details and instructions to install the app on your compatible device.

Please also add contact@customerportal.tv as an email contact to ensure you receive relevant emails from us regarding your subscription, including your login details. Once your login details have been sent by email, they will also appear in your Customer Portal account. Visit Products & services. Select your active plan. Scroll down to the Product secrets section. Click the Green Lock next to "Login Details" to view your Login Details.

Enter your contact's information, including their email address. The contact information will sync with the Mail app. Outlook Right-click a name on the To, Cc, Bcc, or From line. Select Add to Outlook Contacts. Add any additional details you want. Select Save & Close. Yahoo From Yahoo Mail, open an email. Mouse over the sender's name or email address to display the contact card. Click Add to contacts. Enter the contact info. Click Save.
